STUDIES IN BUTCHERY

Study Crawler-Cracker in the state-of-the-art and fully equipped laboratories of Kappa Studies workshops, with individual position for each student. The duration of studies is 3 months, both theoretical and practical courses of the program. Our goal is to create professionals ready to cope with the needs of the labor market by learning under real circumstances.


Kappa Studies is a recognized School of Meat Professions by the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs in Greece and by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, under the Government Newspaper no B'1970 / 01.06.2018 granting Certification to a meat-brew. Anyone who is wishing to deal and occupied by the meat profession and wish to open his own, by cutting, processing and producing meat product.

THEODOROS, which is based in Heraklion Crete, in the region of Kokkini Chani ani area and is engaged in the provision of professional butchery services, is recognized as equivalent to the Meat Professions Faculties of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food for the profession of butcher (government newspaper no 126/2000)

  • Professional Exercise License - Creation of a Meat Shop
  • Occupation in meat processing establishments.
  • Employment in butchers and super market as a butcher's employee.
  • Occupation in hotels as a butcher.
