KAPPA STUDIES collaborates with professionals from the field of Tourism with many years of experience in hotels both in Greece and abroad, as well as with instructors with broad experience in private and public education.

The level of their education, their international professional experience, their teaching skills and their ability to communicate with the students constitute guarantees for the implementation of a studies program of the highest level.

Christoforos Apidianakis, MSc

Nectarios Zaharakis

Teacher – Head of Dairy Farming Department

  • Head of Dairy Farming Department
  • Graduate of Dairy Farming Studies
  • Post-graduate training in Denmark
  • Vast experience in large international dairy plant
  • Consultant to a large Greek-American Diary Plant in California, with
    the objective of the production of industrial yogurt
  • He has received distinctions and awards in Greek exhibitions for the
    cheese products he designed.

Alekos Stefanakis

Maria Goufa

Vassia Economou

    honors.
  • Lawyer. Member of Athens & Heraklion Associations.
  • Specializes in Criminal Law.

Stelios Rousochatzakis

Event Management

  • Venue Manager at the “Garden of the Senses”.
  • Sales manager for catering companies.
  • Assistant Manager mainly focusing on F&B and M.I.C.E. in five-star
    hotels on Crete.
  • Master’s Degree in Tourism Business Administration, specializing in
    strategic alliances and outsourcing.

Stavros Vasiliadis

Hotel management (mixologist – bartender)

Stavros Vasiliadis is a MIXOLOGIST – BARTENDER and the representative of EME for Crete. He has excelled at his craft earning many international distinctions in competitions and awards.

Maria Vamvoukaki

Quality Control Supervisor

Maria Vamvoukaki is a graduate of the department of “Pre-school Education” at the University of Crete. At the school her responsibilities include secretarial support as well as ensuring the proper implementation of policy and procedures. As of 2016 she is the Quality Control Supervisor and is responsible for the school’s compliance to ISO 22 000 & HACCP.

She is a graduate of the department of “Hospitality Administration & Tourism Management”. She supervises the school’s secretarial operations.

Vasiliki Aggeli

General Accountant

Vasiliki is a graduate of the “Business Administration” department at the Technological Educational Institute in Crete and supervises the school’s financial department.

Dimitris Vamvounakis

Assistant Teacher

He is a graduate of Kappa Studies (11th group) with many professional
distinctions. Since 2014 he holds the position of Assistant Teacher at Kappa Studies. Since 2012 he has been working at the school as a Chef for the resident students.
In October 2015 he received the “G. Daskalakis” award from the Pancretan Association of Hotel Managers.

Dimitris Melessanakis

Assistant Teacher

He is a graduate of the School of Tourism Education with a wealth of
professional experience. He holds the position of Assistant teacher at Kappa Studies since 2014. He has attended the EOPPEP Seminar (National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance) – Train the Trainer
