KAPPA STUDIES Private Vocational Training Institute is a professional school licensed by the Ministry of Education and specialises in Culinary Arts, Confectionery Arts/Patisserie, Milk Processing & Cheese Making and Hospitality Management (Front Office and Food and Beverage Management).
It is a member of the Kalathakis Group of tourism and culinary businesses, has been operating for the past 20 years in Heraklion, Crete and has more than 300 students.
The school operates in a privately owned, fully renovated, building which meets the standards of applied gastronomy. The students undergo intense practical training and each one is supplied with a personal work station in all departments.
We secure for our students a paid practicum each year. All of our graduates have been placed in positions of responsibility at some of the top tourism, gastronomy and hospitality enterprises (in total, 90 hotels in Crete and 30 throughout the rest of Greece).
